I went from a 2.0MP Fuji A201 to a 300D. I frequent the drag strip, and like doing car related photography stuff. So far I have only really played around with the camera at the track, but I love this thing. Being I am only an amateur, this camera more than fits my needs. Some people on here critisized the controls and a few other things......I might too if I took pictures with it for a career. This camera is awesome for what I do with it, I would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone in the same shoes as me.

Anyways, here are some sample shots.

What lens are you using? Also, if you are shooting more drag stuff start playing around with your shutter speeds to get some "panning" shots in there. I love going to the track and getting better each time I go out at getting the right shots and turning it into a little extra cash from drivers who want shots of their car.

    Great start with your shots!
