i got schooled by a veggie freak at a farmers market today.... so i went and did some research...

(my argument is it can be natural, and aparently it is not)

my dumbass always thought it was made from corn "COrn COnola" and some bottles showing corn on it... ok, but its really rapeseed oil, with euric acid removed..

I use EVOO for most things and blood work came in fine. I use the other oils when searing for their low smoking point.

I cook everything in EVOO, lol.

Doesn't matter what it is. I'm Italian so it's okay.

    your posts are so useless....

i jsut have a high interest in the politics of the food industry.

lets look at sucralose... great... no mroe need for sugar! then sugar industry sponsered studies says its damages your brain etc.... but for that to happen as the tests showed damage in rats (who arent that close to humans anyways), you need to eat 9000 packets of splenda a day for 30 days. Now what happens if you eat 9000 packets of sugar a day... diabetes... its all interesting this food war.... control food/oil and you control the world..
