How do you bro's make your tuna taste good?

I eat fish, but I am very picky/particular about it. I can eat the tuna fillet packets which are fucking awesome, but standard canned tuna is NOT my thing.
Is there a certain type of canned tuna (albacore or something else perhaps) that tastes better than the regular canned tuna?
Also, how do you prepare it to mask some of the taste of it?

I briefly made canned tuna burgers... Basically canned tuna mixed with bread crumbs, onion, seasoning, mustard, hot sauce, etc... They were not too bad, but took a while to prepare and were messy.

I keep hearing taking white chunk albacore tuna and mixing it with seasonings and rice works.

I would love to be able to have the convenience of 40g of protein in a tin can.
It would be a great replacement for when I don't have the time to cook up chicken breasts or sirloin beef.

i eat solid white albacore straight usually but sometimes i throw some olive oil if i'm lookin for extra cals.

hot sauce is decent on it too if your stomach can handle it.

Horseradish sauce is without a doubt the best thing I've ever put in tuna, 20cal/tbsp. Kind of afraid of mercury poisoning now though so I don't eat it as much.:o

I find the canned tuna IN WATER to be infinitely better than IN OIL. the 68 cents per can stuff from wal-mart suits me fine (oklahoma prices)

#1 doused thoroughly in tobasco sauce.
#2 fucking shake down heavily with pepper and lemon pepper. LOTS OF BOTH.

(i prefer to mix mine up in a plastic cup with a spoon, can't mix good enough in the can without making a mess.)

i eat my tuna with a sports drink. basically jsut take a huge bite, smash it up a little bit, then gulp it down with some gatorade or vitamin water. do you have a trader joes near you? i like getting the tongol tuna. its easy to swallow so you dont have to chew it too much like you do with solid white albacore.

I figured mercury probably wasn't on the top of everyone's list, but I did want to mention that I think the albacore is much higher in mercury content compared to chunk light.

The best thing is regular tuna in water, drain water, mix it in grapeseed oil. Godly. Olive oil tastes like shit in comparison.
