Just bought a big can of salmon, because it was on sale at the grocery store... never eaten the canned version before though... How do you eat yours?

Good to hear! I just graduated this past April.. staying in town just for the hell of it really; looking for work around here but just want to relax..

yep, just got back from the PAC.. the smelly smelly PAC.. truth be told though, i'd rather work out there than Premiere at home

My mom used to always make these really good Salmon patties on the skillet. I think it was Honey Boy, or Ho-Boy canned salmon.

burgers. Add an egg, salt, pepper, and other spices with salmon and form into burgers. Grill.

Honesty I love salmon but I think any animal protein in a can is completely wrong on every level. It all tastes like tin.

i usually just get the salmon, drain it and put it in a bowl
add some diced boiled egg, tomato, green onions, salad dressing, cheese, whatever

    then i eat

it's like a salad without the salad part

I prepare it the same as tuna fish (just add mayo), but with salmon I have to add some Mrs. Dash on it for flavor.

Usually, I prefer salmon, but when it comes to canned, tuna wins.

yea canned salmon sucks though i buy more often than i should. i just treat it like tuna most times, i use low fat mayo on it and put it on a salad. Ive tried cooking it like i would do regular salmon but the taste it totally off
