    ... vs canned tuna?

Good, bad, gross? I'm eating it right now, because I don't have any more cans of tuna at work. It's a welcome change of pace from tuna everyday but I'm undecided if I'll rotate it into my diet vs tuna every day.

it stinks and slightly more expensive than canned tuna, but other than that, it's good. I was buying it for a while until I realized it's cheaper and better tasting to just make my own
