Does anyone roll w/ this stuff? & if so how do you eat it? strait out of the can? Or do you microwave it or something? I am thinking of adding it to my meals (60 grams of protein per can).

Do you realize what the canning process is, and how hot food gets heated? The chicken is fine.

if you want you could add some dill weed and a little mayo or ranch dressing and it's much better... out of the can is good too though.

if it's the pre-spiced stuff i just drain the water and eat it. Maybe toss it in a wrap or salad if it's around

The Costco Kirkland chicken tastes fine to me..I usually throw some fat-free ranch or balsamic vinegar on it.

Just FYI- the canned chicken is definitely more expensive than buying boneless skinless breasts :o but it is convenient, so.
