I am having trouble with squats. I know I can lift more, but my arms are to piss weak to lift it onto my shoulders.

So, should I focus a bit on arms?

I can deadlift 210, but I can barely get 130 onto my shoulders...

Where do you work out? A squat rack is the obvious solution, but I'm sure you've explored that option.

If there's really no other way, you could try to clean the weight and do front squats, but the best choice is finding somewhere with a squat rack or a leg press machine.

he doesnt have a squat rack... so it would appear he is clean and pressing the weight up to his shoulders

    at least you're trying

purchase 2x6's for the back legs, drill hole into wood at angle, buy heavy pipe to put in said hole, problem fixed. And really big bolts to put everything together.

Thanks alot. I have a tradesman friend, might be able to help me make something.

I'm not lifting the weight from the ground, but from a bench so it makes it a tad easier.

Still if I want to get some benefits from the squats, I will need find a way to make it heavier.
