Can you lose fat while gaining muscle at the same time? Sounds stupid right? A personal trainer at my gym told me that you cant get bigger while you're cutting . I wieght ~215 @ 5'11, 18% body fat Oh, I get like 200 grams of protine a day and at least 2000 calories. I do alot more cardio now than I ever did, working out 3 days a week, and cut alot of cals out of my diet.
