Can you guys reccomend some good protein shake recipes?

    I did a search on this, didn't find much. I just got 10 lbs of protein in the mail, chocolate. What are some good recipes I can use to make shakes so I can enjoy the protein before the farts come:noes::noes::noes::noes::)

    Add a banana, maybe a spoonful of peanutbutter and some ice. Throw in two scoops of powder and some water and blend it.

    It's to die for.

    Am I the only one that just drinks it with water and/or skim milk? No blender, just shake and drink. :dunno:

    I just use natural powder and low fat milk. The flavored ones don't do it for me.
    Occasionaly I add a small spoon of honey. Honey>natural>*

    hell no, I add about 6 oz of water to whey pre made shakes and chug them in two sips. To me theres no other way.

    1 scoop protein powder
    1 tablespoon peanut butter
    1 cup skim milk
    2 medium sized banana's
    4-6 ice cubes

    blend in blender for 1 min

    fucking absolutely so delicious...

    ~500 calories, 40+g protein

    Yeah I throw just enough water in the shaker to where it will mix right, then chug that bitch.

    1/2 cup oats
    2 tbs natty pbutter
    1 frozen banana
    2 cups milk
    5 ice cubes

    in a coffee grinder, mix 1/2 cup oats, handful peanuts and butterscotch pudding mix
    ...in the blender add 1 cup fat free yogurt, ingredients from coffee grinder, fat free milk and 8 ice cubes
    blend well

    I use to add fresh fruit for flavor. ALso depends what your aiming for.... if your bulking ice cream makes it taste really good.

    I go with one scoop of ON Whey, 6oz of skim milk, 2 cubes, and about 1/2 cup of frozen strawberries. That's pretty good and it makes it more like a milkshake and less like a drink.

    is using Whole Milk bad if i am bulking?

    My recipe is

    1 scoop ON Vanilla Whey
    1 cup whole milk
    Add Unsweetened Frozen Fruit for taste.

    splenda ice cream
    natty pb
    honey
    milk
    3 scoops ON chocolate

    1 Scoop ON Whey Protein
    1 Big Scoop ON Serious Mass
    1/2 Cup Oats
    1 Banana
    Chunk of Peanut Butter

    Tastes decent enough, nutrition goldmine. Something ridiculous like 1000 calories / 65g protein.

    i just get 8oz water, 2 scoops of ON choc, shake it in a nalgene, and down it?

    i just drink it for the protein, not the taste? btw, i hold my breath so i dont taste the protein, which sometimes makes me throw it back up.

    question:

    i heard that taking too much protein in at once is actually pointless, cuz the body can only process so much? for those that are taking 4 scoops at a time, is that okay? whats the max # of ON scoops i should take at one sitting?
