    Just wanna know what youre eating daily. Im planning to start by sunday just wanna know how you guys do it. Im not really sure whats good. Any links and stuff is appreciated to.

    turkey sandwiches, chicken breast sandwiches, chicken salads, protein shake after workout

    Salad for lunch with meat or eggs
    Reg dinner >300 cal

    Im taking in less than 1100 cals a day, Im a girl.

    IMO, the fastest way to cut up is just go fish for protein... have a cup of oatmeal in the morning... with some egg whites... then fish (or chicken if you can't handle that much fish) for the rest of the day... but somewhere in there have a little yams or a banana before your workout. I find that when I start to lean up... I cramp up really easily.

    Diet coke is not good for you it has nutra sweet which in time slows down your metabolism haha you still lose :mamoru:

    I'll eat whatever I want, making sure to get a big breakfast. Whatever I eat gets burned through daily activity.

    mostly bananas, protein shakes, turkey breast, chicken breast, lean ground beef, broccoli, spinach, pickles and hot sauce. Cheat meal once a week.

    I read this on ironforlife.com, and it seems to make sense to me. But i don't know as much as everyone else.. so take it as you will.

    I do keep track moran :rolleyes:

    I've done the caloric deficit thing. I've gone from 185 to 155 twice but my metabolism shut down and I couldn't lose anymore weight. I know how to combat that now, but I can't stand the thought of going 3 months feeling like shit again. This time I will do it with extra exercise and supplements to boost my metabolism.
