I haven't trained my legs in more than two years. During my junior year of XC, I tore a ligament in my ankle, so I couldn't squat for a long ass time. Then track season came, and I was still nursing it, couldn't squat then either. Then the next fall came and retore it. Then track came and I fucked it up again but didnt tear it lol. So ive been rehabing it for a while, and im in college now and dont run competively.

Finally a few weeks before break i got the all clear to squat, and I did, with good results, but I lsot a lot of strength in my legs. I dunno if you guys remember my threads for form pointers, but thanks. I've been away from the gym for 2 weeks, and will be away until jan 2nd when school starts up again. My ankle is healthy though (went snowboarding for the first time in 3 years two days ago :) ) I've been lifting for two years, and my body is so unporportional it sucks. I worked my legs on machines, but they are gay.

Can you guys help me put together a good leg routine, something that isnt too intense at the beginning so I can still ease back into it? I think low reps will be important for a month or so, without max weight.

    Thanks guys.

What does exercise selection, which is pretty much all anyone has given him, have to do with intensity or volume?

"Retards" generally refers to more than one person.

And why wouldnt you do like 3x10 at lower weights to build up tendon strength?
