    Version 1:

    SQUAT
    DEADLIFT
    LEG PRESS
    CALF RAISES

    2 days off

    BENCH PRESS
    OVERHEAD PRESS
    LAT PULL
    DIPS
    PULL UPS

    2 days off

    REPEAT.....

    or

    Version 2:

    SQUAT
    LEG PRESS
    BENCH
    PULLS UPS

    2 days off

    DEAD LIFT
    OVERHEAD PRESS
    DIPS
    LAT PULL
    CALVES

    2 days off

    REPEAT....

basically im trying to decide whether it would be best to incorporate the same muscle groups in 1 workout and have 5 days of rest in between (version 1) or do a bit of both in each workout so there isn't such a long gap
