Can you guys give me some tips or some advice on what I need to work on? *PICS*

    Well let me start off by saying that I'm 100% ready to commit to a certain routine or whatever. I've pretty much changed my lifestyle to better suite the routine I'm on right now (Arnold level I training program) and I've been on it for a month and one week. I'm reserving this summer to be dedicated to going to the gym. Now that that's out of the way, I was hoping to get some advice because I'm going to be changing my routine in 3 weeks. I know I need a lot of work, and they're really bad pics but just bare with me here :hs:

    Supps I'm taking right now are Whey, Creatine Ethyl Ester, Fish Oil, and MultiVitamins.

    I blacked out my head because my hair looked HORRIBLE. Took these around like 4 am this morning.

    I just started lifting so my stats are horribly horribly low. But which do you want to know?

    Most of my goals are long term. I'm just going my physical appearance. I'm probably going to be bulking (doing this right now) until maybe Octoberish:dunno: and then start cutting until until I'm at like 5% or below, which will take a while.

    5% isnt healthy for a long period of time..id shoot for something like 7-9%:o

    Yeah I know. The lowest I've ever gotten was like 15%...lol but I wasn't cutting at the time. I'm not sure what I'm at now, but I know it'll take a long ass time to get to that, that's not really a problem for me though since I don't really have a lot of priorities until fall, and even then I'll still be able to go to the gym every day.

    Oh really? I'm probably going to stop cutting when I think I'm ready, because I'm going more by appearance than anything else.

    Oh and also, I'm taking Whey, Creatine ethyl ester, Fish Oil, MultiVitamins, and Fish oil.

    I'm trying me best to eat as much as I can. I try to eat about 4k calories a day, but idk if that's going to cut it :dunno:

    I'll post my routine, if you guys wanna tell me what I should add/take away when I change up my routine that would be great.

    Mondays and Thursdays
    Chest
    Bench Press
    Incline Press
    Pullovers
    Back
    Chinups (how many ever sets it takes to get to a total of 50)
    Bent-Over Rows
    Power Training
    Deadlifts, 3 sets of 10, 6, 4 reps to failure
    Abdominals
    Crunches, 5 sets of 25 reps (adding a 5 lbs plate to my ab workouts on monday and moving up in weights every week or two)

    Tuesdays and Fridays
    Shoulders
    Barbell Clean and Press
    Dumbbell Lateral Raises
    Power Training
    Heavy Upright Rows, 3 sets of 10, 6, 4 reps to failure
    Push Presses, 3 sets of 6, 4, 2 reps to failure
    Upper Arms
    Standing Barbell Curls
    Seated Dumbbell Curls
    Close-Grip Press
    Standing Tricep Extensions
    Forearms
    Wrist Curls
    Reverse Wrist Curls
    Abdominals
    Reverse Crunches, 5 sets of 25 reps

    Wednesdays and Saturdays
    Thighs
    Squats
    Lunges
    Leg curls
    Calves
    Standing Calf Raises, 5 sets of 15 reps
    Lower Back
    Power Traning
    Straight-leg Deadlifts, 3 sets of 10, 6, 4 reps to failure
    Good Mornings, 3 sets of 10, 6, 4 reps to failure
    Abdominals
    Crunches, 5 sets of 25 reps

    I can't see your muscles because your bf% is too high. Work on that, then I will tell you which muscles to work.

    How many sets are you doing for bench press, incline press, etc? And how long have you been weight training? Also can you post your diet in here as that is very important?

    Sure, everything other than power training is 4 sets of 10. I've been "training" for a couple of years but I wasted them on stupid machines. I just started doing all freeweights a month and a week ago. My diet varies from day to day. I wake up and eat usually 2 or 3 eggs. The rest of my meals are all depending on where I am, and how hungry I am. I've been eating out lately, Carls jr, in n out, stuff like that. Sometimes I get shakes and stuff to boost up the calories. Then I come home and eat some steak or something. I'm gonna start making daily shakes with ice cream and protein.

    Reps for sets should be 12, 10-12, 8-10, 6. using weights that barley allow you to get the lower number.... least according to arnolds book, which is where that routine is from.
