Can you guys critique my diet?

    Low carb bulk. I like it.

    Your protein is high, which is good. Fats and carbs can be debated, but so long as you are getting carbs at the right time (i.e. simple carbs post workout) you can fill the rest of your energy requirements with fats.

    My next bulk is gonna be a very low carb one. Somthing like 400g protein, 200g fat, and the only real carbs will be my PWO shake and morning oatmeal.

    If the calorie burning chart is right you should be eating quite a bit more cals, IMO. Someone your size is burning 1500cals a day just living, plus 1700cals from all the work outs, and you got 3200 cals a day down the drain.

    stick with it for a month and see what your gains have been and reevaluate then. everyone is going to be different.
