I'm trying to cut fat while not necessarily losing too much weight. I want to eat clean but I don't want to starve while I do it. I'm probably about 20% bf right now. Can someone link me to 30 days worth of meals that includes a grocery list, portions, each meal, etc.? I'm looking for a month diet of food I can cook up easily and eat.
