I'm trying to cut fat while not necessarily losing too much weight. I want to eat clean but I don't want to starve while I do it. I'm probably about 20% bf right now.

Can someone link me to 30 days worth of meals that includes a grocery list, portions, each meal, etc.? I'm looking for a month diet of food I can cook up easily and eat.

    Thanks

If you have another suggestion, lay it on me...any good online resources for this?

Quit now then, nobody has done this or will do this for you. You actually have to put some fucking effort into it and THINK.

You obviously have not read the stickies, and you obviously are not willing to try hard enough to read them.

I clearly asked to be linked to a diet...I'm not expecting anyone to go out and make a diet for me. If someone happened to have a good bookmark with a nutrition log or even an article that outlines what I need, I was asking them to share it with me.

    read, bitch :ugh:

    You read!

If you are too lazy to substitute shit in and out of the bodybuilding diet, you don't need to be doing this, that diet or any other one you find for that matter is not going to work how it is for every person things are going to have to be added and subtracted or changed for 30 days worth of eating, but if you wanted to put some fucking effort into it, it would not be hard.

Not to mention the amount you need to be eating is going to possibly change within 30 days.

if you are too lazy to read, use weightwatchers or nutrisystem or whatever. They have prepackaged meals.

why would you ask for a diet without giving even the slightest bit of information that would go into formulating that diet?

Go to the bookstore or Library and pickup "The Metabolism Advantage" by John Berardi. It is completely laid out for you.

It has a complete 14-day meal plan, meal consumption times, ingredients and recipes, weekly shopping list, even workouts and cardio.

The other sections of the book echo alot of the things we talk about in here. Go through that book and you will be pretty much up to date on diet and nutrition. Very easy read too :bigthumb:

it seems like a lot of people come in here expecting to start losing weight or getting big the minute they start something... personally I think it takes some serious time before you learn your body and learn movements, etc in order to actually make serious progress in the gym, and even with your diet too.... you gotta spend some time reading nutrition facts on things before you know generally how many cals a breast of chicken will have and what not, at which point you can kind of eye ball your caloric intake and it won't really be much of a task, just regular procedure that you don't even think about.

instead of getting a plan laid out for you, read up on nutrition, gain some experience in cooking with healthier foods and with the mindset of more protiens and fats and less carbs, etc. Take some extra time to learn what you're doing.

Some people think "disgusting" and "healthy" are synonyms.
