I have been in general training for the past 3 months. After finding this place and reading the stickies, I'm motivated to get serious about it this summer. I've never worked out in a bulking and cutting cycle. I've always just done cardio and lifted a few weights. So I think I've gotten myself a nice base coat and need to start really training. I'm 5'10 or 11 and about 165 pounds. I assume I should begin with a bulking cycle? How long should I do this for and are supplements really needed? Thank you, sorry for a question I'm sure you guys have gotten a ton of times. Edit: Do I have to quit smoking pot to bulk?
