5x5 is a set and rep scheme, not a routine

Why don't you post what you think and someone can tell you. I normally did mine as 5x5 for 80% of 1rm on a bodypart split routine. When I was able to get all reps on all sets then I bumped up the weight.

    i.e
    Chest
    ------
    5x5 flat
    5x5 incline
3 sets of 10 on isolation such as cable or decline db flyes

    Shoulders
    ---------
    5x5 sitting db press
    etc
    etc
    etc

Buddy I use to workout with suggested it and we tried it. Gained great strength but really up to that point there was never any rhyme or reason to our workouts. Maybe we would do shoulders and maybe we would do chest and maybe we would do back or sometimes just sometimes legs would come into play.

Have had better luck with upper/lower body split 4 times a week.

    well, 5x5 = 25

If you're having this much trouble you should really go back to school and take some basic mathematics courses
