Can someone help me create a workout routine?

    Im 5'11 @ 150 and im tiny basically. Im looking to just increase my muscle mass. Im not looking to bulk or get big, I just want to get some definition and not be scrawny. Looking at about 3x a week routine? Please help the n00b.

    typing something up for you would be useless, because obviously you are blind. if you weren't blind, you would have read the NOOB STICKY and then the sticky that has a LIST OF FUCKING ROUTINES.

    switch up your diet....will do many times more for you than being on a strict workout plan
