Can someone explain wtf is going on? v.NOOB

    So im back at the gym, its been a a solid month and i have no FUCKING imporvemtn on chest at all ( weight wise) my best was 225 last summer, but now i cant even do a freaking plate on each side :wtc: and in a month, i didnt improve at all... meaning i still need a spot to help me do a plate, and it doesnt look like im improving at all......... every other body part picked up quickly, back especially :hs: fuck i wanna rip of my chest, or lack thereof.........
    maybe i should switch something in my routine? I do incline bar, flat, decline
    should i go free weights?
    i suck!

    no word of a lie, i have no one to impress..... my finish last summer was 225x4
    Thats the problem, im doing the same thing as i did last summer....... i dont know if me going out on the weekends if affecting me in some way...... fuck its so frustrating :(

    last summer as in a few months ago? or over a year ago? Im imagining you haven't touched a weight in over a year if you went from 225 down to sub 135 bench...So suck it up, you can't get back a year of sitting on your ass in a month...chest is the easiest muscle to develop....just give it time...alternate flat and incline barbell/dumbell...chest flies afterwords...fuck the decline, throw it in as a variation every once in a while....

    may also need to develop the tris more, when you are getting back into it, getting your tris back in shape for press movements can stop your chest progressions...

    yea last summer, as in 2004 :hs: im sucking it up, its just i cant understand why is everything on track except chest :hs:

    tris are pretty strong...as i said im getting back into shape well, except chest.........:wtc:

    Flat B.P. using dumbells

    Standing Flys (cables)

    after that im pretty much drained out :hs:

    ? You can't do 135 flat but you do 135x6 incline?

    I gained strength on bench by lowering my reps and doing heavy weight. I usually do 4-6 reps.

    Yepm well i always start with inlcine, and i do dumbells flat, not bar :hs:
    am i doing somehting wrong?
    besides, i posted i do DUMBELSS 45, not BAR + 45 plates :) might;ve consufed u there guys

    I have a hard time believing you went from 225x4 to not able to do 135lbs without a spot. What do you weigh? You have to be at least 160lbs and not able tod your own weight after a month of working out? :squint:

    6"2 @ 190....... yet again, there is no point of me pretending of what WAS lifting, im talking about the present situation...
    im gonna eat more and try to contunue lifting

    Do flat first before incline. You will be able to do more.

    do this:

    add a forth day is you are concerned with beach muscles. stick with it for a few months

    then worry about do different splits. you will pack on muscle mass and make big gains in strength. just eat like its your job and lift heavy.
