Can Someone Explain This Workout Routine To Me?

    2 - lower inj 2 secs
    0 - no pause
    1 - raise ina 1 sec

    A1, A2 = super set

    OK so if it says 602 for flat dumbbell flies then it's 6 seconds down from the top raised position, no pause and then 2 seconds to go back up.

    A1 is bench press and A2 is the flat dumbbell fly...it says 120 seconds after the flat dumbbell fly. Does that mean I do the bench right into the dumbbell fly and then have two minutes off until the next benchpress set?

    Seems intense...what's your take on the timed movement intervals? good workout? anything other workout you'd suggest?
