To timber when you say "Oh, he will eat a case of Krispy Kreme but just squeeze it into his macros, so its cool."

    What the fuck?

It means that he eats donuts or random shit every now and then but fits the calories into his daily macronutrient totals that he's trying to hit. Not rocket surgery.

IIRC he takes the macronutrient portion into account as well.

So it won't just be 20 krispy kreme donuts for 3,000 cals for the day.

This. Except for once per week... I used to have one day I totally disregard macros and just go for total calories from any source.
And the 12 krispy kremes was on vacation when I totally let myself go. I've only had like 2 or 3 krispy kremes that I fit into my macros when I was watching my diet.

I still dont understand the macro thing, say my calories are at 3,000 (which they actually are while im cutting right now)

every food item is accounted for and necessary, if i was to decide hey i want 2 donuts totalling 500 cals, and i am going to just "FIT IT INTO MY MACROS BRO" it would take away from my steak, my brown rice, my eggs, id have to take in LESS protein or healthy fats/carbs for...........donuts.

I still dont get how this works for you. are you sacrificing protein? am i not understanding something here?

yeah then his total cals will not be 3,000, it will be 7,000. hence why im confused lol.

I'd assume it'd be a "cheat" day so he wouldn't be as strict but he probably sacrifices fat for additional carbs.

Donuts are definitely hard to fit in if I was limiting myself to just 100g of carbs or something like that. The main thing is that instead of steak and brown rice, I'd be fine with KFC and small bag of chips if it equaled your steak and brown rice in calories and macro quantitites.

Well he takes out 500 calories of healthy fat and carbs from his planned diet that he usually eats, and replaces it with his krispy kreme, i imagine.

Can't fvck with genetics. I'm not just talking about him, but people in general. There are some, not many, that can obviously defy the laws of nutrition and still have amazing bodies. No different than the kid that could run fast, jump high or was smarter than everyone else with no training. You do the best with what you got. That's what makes bb'ing in general so great. There is no absolute to it.

Nothing should be taken away from those that are in great shape. Often times people credit their conditioning soley to that. Very very very few are capable of that. When I ran track in college, I worked my ass off. Did everything my coaches asked and pushed myself as hard as I could. I would train with guys that I would beat everyday in practice. There was one guy, who trained around 1/5th of the time. When he did practice, he screwed off. When it came event time, he'd smoke everyone. Dude was one of the top 50 runners in the country at his event. I would have never been able to achieve what he did. Genetics.

thats what im doing, leaning out until im literally 5%ish then possibly stepping on stage in july.....we'll see........the thing about dieting is, it feels amazing when you achieve it, like no other feeling, and when you have a cheeseburger yo bounce right back up to where you were in normal bf stages hahahhahah.
