if you clean bulk do you still maintain a relatively same BF? what's the deal?
Eat a lot of calories, just not horseshit calories.
You eat a healthy diet in excess of what your body needs to maintain itself loaded with lean meats, clean carbs and lots of fruits and vegtables.
in terms of looks, does definition stay the same?
It's just a lot healthier.
No matter how cleanly you bulk you will gain a bit of fat so no, your definaiton will decrease. In the long run though it will be worth it because, if you do it properly, once you cut back down you will have more muscle mass.
It's bulking, but you don't eat like shit.
It's all about making sure you wash your food thoroughly before eating..
