nah there is much better out there, well mainly flavors other than chocolate. Syntrax gets my vote for the best kind out there for fruity flavors, but $20 for 2 lbs of it, or $25 lbs for 5 lbs of ON - it makes the obvious choice

If you want to get totally bent over. They charge $43 for a 5lb tub. Go to smoothie factory or king or just order online and get them from 25-30.

    is that 1500 cals? :( :( :(

rest of the day is mostly fruit snacks..

i work as a web designer so im in front of the computer..

but im usually running 40-45 min a morning..then i have the shake..then i go to work, have a pretty light lunch (sandwich with a little avocado, fat-free cheese, veggies)..

my snacks are usually apples, bananas, oranges...I then come home, eat some oatmeal with raisins, hit the gym and do my weights in the evening, followed by a light dinner as well.

can someone set me straight? :hs: i had no idea i was messing up taht bad

Drop the fruit snacks (eat veggies or almonds instead) and change first meal to a protein shake with water and some complex carbs

    my favorite shake is:
    about 2 cups of ice
fill with skim milk to top of ice
    blend up milk/ice
add about 2 tbs of peanut butter and 2 tbs of fat free cream cheese
a good 2 or 3 scoops of choco or vanilla ON whey

might put in a banana if I have one laying around.

    mmmm, smoothie goodness.

2 cups water or skim milk
    4 large ice cubes

Blend until smooth & creamy. This is a must for any hardcore lifter.

can I replace the tuna for salmon? I like the salmon better. I also might add some SC oats in there. not enough carbs.

Be careful. That might be too potent.
