Can ps2 read burnt dvds?

    Mine does not like to read my "backups" of "non copyrighted educational films" that I have. Seems real picky on disc type and format of burn...

    I've been using DVD+Rs and they work fine.

    Yes - Mine also reads DVD+R just fine.

    I use Ritek G05 DVD-R's and they work find. My PS2 is a 50001. A newer model.
