can my macbook pro burn dual layer DVDs?

    Click the apple in the upper-left of the screen, find "About this mac" (first option) and click "more info" in the window that pops up. That will bring up the system profiler.

    Choose "disc burning" from the list and it will tell you the formats, mine has "+R DL" in the dvd writing section (new MBP). :bigthumb:

    i need to burn one tomorrow, i guess i'll go to the apple store and use one of theirs :rofl:
