    FINALLY got back on the mat.

    work high hip toss with over hook and underhook variations.
    judo throw and judo sweep setups
    headlock self defense drill
    guard pass drill
    and rolling from guard

    got tapped by all the blues in the building but i dont give a shit, im back on the mat and ill be just fine.

    worked kazushi drill and hip throw, i can never get those japanese judo throw names stuck in my head.

    self defense headlock on ground drill with armbar/shoulder-lock defense

    pass guard/sweep-submit drill

    3 rounds spar

    good day, performed very well and applied previously taught principles.

    good day except for this new dude spazzing out on the ogoshi drill and placing his elbow fiercely into my groin. :mad:

    im lazy with ab work :dunno:

    and no I hate running. now I just grapple lift and do pullups. im doing like 500reps a day of ab work and hate every single bit.
