I have a 98 lincoln navigator with the ford console mounted dealer installed 6 disc changer. I just got a pioneer premier DEH-P8 (or something like that) cd/mp3 head unit. I was wondering if I could get the ford cd changer to work with it?

I'm also trying to order a fit kit and wiring harness for it if anyone can hook me up :x:
