Can I cut with this diet?

    So I'm finally going back to the gym. It was tough after having mono for 3 months.. I ended up gaining weight (Fat) because I got my appetite back far earlier than I could safely lift. I'm now trying to lose maybe 10-15 lbs so that my clothes fit (trust me, I want to bulk.. I'm skinny, but I need to fit in my clothes)

    I'm 5'11 and 195-200. Maybe 18% bodyfat or so.. don't really know.

    I had a bit more food but I can't remember what it was. I feel as though i'm starving eating about 2500 cals/day

    Normally I don't have the lipton sidekicks (chicken sandwich and soup or something instead) but today I treated myself. Just wondering if I'm killing myself with so much fat and carbs (I'm getting stronger.. but it could just be muscle memory because I think I'm losing weight)

    no, 2500 is too much
    but yeah, that us a pathetic amount of protein

    Any suggestions are appreciated. Normally sidekicks arenot included to subtract 33g of fat and replace w/ protein

    I work out almost every day, and play squash for 1-2 hours on days I don't so I'm pretty active.

    Ergopharm shakes are like muscle milk.. supposedly good fats etc. Should I try to reduce carbs? I can't take protein only shakes so I'd have to eat more tuna or something to up the protein.

    use shakes like nectar or dymatize, verry few fat or crabs

    I've tried a few protien shakes.. ON flavors etc. they all make me gag now and feel sick for hours after. I'm not lactose intolerant or anything so I don't know what it is.

    I ordered some other ones to try out.

    What if I keep cals under 2000, and replace carbs w/ protein while keeping fat at about 50-60g?

    that is why i recomended those, both of them actually taste good, and dont make you gag

  16. Looks fine but you could get more protein. Instead of PB with your sandwiches use ham or turkey.

    105 grams of proteni, what the hell is that? and that's a strong banana you got there, how much does it cost?

    yea the guys in this thread are right, up the protein and try to reduce the cals

    Changed my diet up a bit. Found a new protein I can stomach (I-Pro green apple)

    Yep, if you read my message I'm planning for another 600~ calories. Protein shakes plus lean chicken burger = ~100 of protein so I'll be good to go :)

    Now I just need to keep this up everyday. What's the opinion on taking creatine in 10z of juice while cutting?
