I was seriously considering ordering 6 weeks worth of Methy-DX3 and was hoping to get some of your brolly's feedback on this supplement. I'm currently 26 years old, 5'11" and 220-225lbs...down from 257lbs. I look significantly better, and am much stronger, than when I started training again 4-5 months ago...after a 5 year break thanks to getting married, confortable and lazy when it came to training. I'm still looking to get a lot leaner, but at the same time I am looking to put a good amount of size on.

What side effects has some of you seen/experienced? How do you feel about this supp? Etc.

I was also going to order Anabolic Xtreme's Rebound XT http://www.discountanabolics.com/p/AN11 and Anabolic Xtreme's Perfect Cycle http://www.discountanabolics.com/p/AN04 at the same time. What other (if any) supps would you recommend to promote rapid, and lean, muscle growth?

Thanks in advance for your time and expertise on this matter.

For what it's worth, prior to my 4-5 year break I trained for 5 years. While it might be small potaotes to most of you, 6-7 years ago I was a lean 185lbs with a max bench of 365lbs. But yeah, that was some time ago.

Thanks for your input, though. (Seriously, not sarcastic)

A five year layoff basically puts your body at beginner status.

Well if you want to take a short cycle that is hard the liver and produces nominal gains and lots of water retention, go for it. If you're gonna do a cycle take the real deal.

    Naw, I'll be fine.

No biggie. This isn't the first message board I've ever been on. Posters like him are a dime a dozen. They smell a bandwagon and jump on and hang on for dear life. It's cool.

Unfortunately because I am a "newb" on most of the boards that I have joined who would know anything about this kind of shit, useful information is not usually very forthcoming...much like this place. 2% of the posters here know WTF they are talking about, half of those guys (so 1% overall) are helpful and willing to give useful info, 10% is "newbs" who want to be brolly, only a quarter of them (so 2.5% overall) are serious about trying to improve their health, quality of life, and body, the other 88% consists of smartasses, douchebags, and people who THINK they know WTF they're saying and they pray to God that the post they make, with the tiny bit of info they know, doesn't get ripped apart by everyone else here.

I'm here trying to get help and info for the 1% of the people here who know wtf the they are talking about so that I can stick with, and exceed, my fitness goals.

But yeah, feel free to take your shots, guys...I can handle it. I've seen wiseasses much better than you more times than I care to count.

    :tips hats:
