My question is, I've been going to the gym quite a bit lately. I've seen gains in muscle strength quite a bit, along with fat loss. However, it doesn't seem as if my muscles have grown in size. Is this merely due to genetics or because I'm not eating a lot? Any input is appreciated.

    Is it in yet?
Are you comparing pictures, measurments or judging off the mirror?

Diet, Volume, or rest could be limiting your growth.

your genetics isnt about muscles only.

your bone structure/length of muscle belly/tendons will determine how big/symmetrical you'll get.

It's pretty hard to increase muscle size and lose fat at the same time.

Perhaps you should focus on one and then the other, rather than both?
