Can drinking to much water be bad ??

    I been drinking about a gallon of water a day...normally after i get back from the gym.

    Is that too much ? to less ? just right ? :dunno:

    Yes you can drink too much water... a gallon a day is fine though

    Drinking to much water can deplete electrolytes, minerals in the body.

    Like Ceeze said 1 gallon a day is fine

    i usually go for 1.5-2.0 gallons

    As long as you maintain a healthy level of electrolytes, you'll be fine.

    In the summers here, I go through at least 2 gallons a day.
