Being a girl, I dont want really muscular arms. My biceps are good- but my triceps need to be toned up. Can anyone give me some ideas? The stuff I googled mostly included gym equipment and I work out at home. Thanks :wiggle:

skull crushers, press downs, reverse press downs, overhead press, close grip bench press, dips, bench press, kick backs, push ups, get a heavy weight of anyting and do kickbacks?

    GO TO A GYM?

you're not gonna get big arms, even if you work them out twice a week, unless, of course, you get fat.

it means she works out with a pull up bar and by doing push ups and sit ups, she probably has dumbbells up to 5 pounds.

    then lose fat

(if this was the main forum i would be required to add "you fat bitch" at the end of that /sigh)

toned is not a legitimate word. If you just want your tri's to be harder, you are going to need to lose fat around the area. You can lose fat, gain fat, lose muscle, or gain muscle. THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS TONING.
