I have been working out essentially every day for the past six months or so, and I just haven't been seeing any appreciable changes in my physique. I haven't been losing the fat around my midsection that I am hoping to lose. I am in better shape, and I am stronger than I was, but I really haven't been seeing changes, which kind of hurts my motivation. Anyway, I am pretty sure that the problem lies in my diet, so I was hoping that I could get some recommendations about good books, preferably, or other good resources that will help me to craft a good diet that will allow me to trim down but still get all of the nutrients I need. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks a lot!
