Pay for me to fly from Raleigh to Austin, put me up in a hotel, feed me and I'll do it for $500. I'd love to hang with my Austin homies again.

Budget: Unconfirmed, but well south of $2,000
Style preferred: Mix of photojournalistic and traditional (with hopefully some experience shooting Muslim/South Asian weddings)
Included product: about 6-8 hours of wedding day shooting, some postproduction, CD/DVD with high resolution photos & printing rights, maybe some prints but we're flexible

I've seen your work and I appreciate the offer, but I'd prefer to try a local photographer first. Thanks. :)

Sure No prob. Not sure if he can reply to you at the moment. Last I heard from him, he was still in Austin as a refugee.

No problem. I'd look for a local too. But if you can't find anyone, the offer still stands. I'll bet I could even get "I-don't-ever-want-to-shoot-weddings" Dmora to assist me! :x:

I will pay for your dinner, and maybe even show you around Austin. You might be a 3rd shooter though... I usually shoot w/ a fellow Nikonian. :big grin:

if he doesn't mind (and if I end up booking), I'm all for it... the more the merrier. Specially since you're a Nikonian now. :bigthumb:

Outstanding! I'm looking forward to it.

I also don't mind GWN's (guys with Nikons) following me around and watching over my shoulder as I work my Canon magic! Just don't  on the L glass!!

Don't worry, there's no drooling over your 5 year old camera. :mamoru:

Too bad they don't make Canon canes... because I'd buy you one to keep up w/ me. :big grin:
