I got a Troy drop in Battlerail for like $125. It's rock solid.

I saw that one, looks quite a bit different from most I've seen and is quite a bit cheaper, any reason for this?

That'd most likely be a carbine length.

    Free-float or non-FF?

I'm not sure, I think non-FF is the one I can put on myself right? Whatever one I can put on myself.

Oh O.k. I see you have to buy the rails seperate, which is why it looks different, got it. That mught be an option then. It is cheap and I don't need rails all over the place just one for a grip, maybe a light.

I'd go with the Troy battlerail or maybe the MOE if I could work out a good placement for light and sling mount.

I think prices for the MRF-DI are closer to $140 but that's a solid rail. That would be my recommendation.
