I've been wearing a patella stabilizing knee brace on leg days..

Similiar to that one. My orthopedist has asked that I wear it on leg days since I dislocated back in May. He asked that I wear it as often as I can, and for the most part I wear it every week just because it'll stop another dislocation and I don't enjoy that pain.

However, the leg that this knee is on has been slow to grow. My quad has grown OK again, but I'm not getting any form of a teardrop back, and the quad is at a weird shape (I'll have to take pics when I get home or something).

I've been back in the gym since June or July.. surely my quad would be back to normal at this point. Could my brace be affecting the growth?

So then its just slow to grow, and leave it at that? I guess since I am still cutting, it's possible that its affected by that as well as the injury..
