I bought an old school Kodak Duaflex II and I am itching to shoot some pictures with it. I want to respool 120 film onto my 620 spools but I know that they will get tossed at the developing center and I also don't even know if a place like CVS can chuck them up to develop. Could I just fiddle with the 120 spool that the film comes on to make it work in 620?

120 is taller and wider(?), the cog it sits on might be different too... most people respool, you could ask the lab to keep the spool for you, or respool it again after shooting... yuck.

put them side by side and see if you can shave it down to fit your cam.
