Dammnit Still like |-----| that far away on my left hand though
I was commenting yesterday to myself that the HG200 feels to me like the 100 did when I got the set... I'm about to start using the 250 as my 'playing around' gripper
I ussually do 1set with the 100, 4 with the 150 and then try the 200
nice budday keep it up
workin the negatives with the 200?
Ive read about negatives just never seen a picture of negatives, got any pictures of how to do them?
just set the 200, then use both hands, or both hands and your leg, or whatever it takes to crush it closed, then release your other hand but try to keep the gripper closed for a few seconds, then slowly release it. this helps you work up to the next gripper.
i stopped for a while because when i do i get a stabbing pain on the outside of my hand and my wrists get sore as fawk for days
i can close the 200
I stick em between my asscheeks and close them, great glute workout
yeah I started gettin real bad pain inside my middle knuckles for a while. I did contrast baths (hot/cold) for my hands and just worked with the lighter ones for a while till it went away.
I think it's just your hands getting used to it
