Cambells soup...

    Is it generally good or bad? Say like broccoli and Cheese soup, in a can (which has 2.5 servings, and for 1 serving there is 70 calories, 1.5 grams of fat) are these generally not very good? Should I just stick to not eating any soup?

    it's fine, but if you're watching sodium intake, i'd choose a different item

    Sodium doesn't mean anything for the average person.

    Ok, im gonna sound really stupid and uneducated...but im watching wat i eat and i figure a can of soup for dinner isnt so bad...now is sodium something I should be watching if I have normal blood pressure and cholestoral?

    Because on top of that soup for dinner I might have a lean cuisine for lunch before that...

    As healthy as I get eating wise, its REALLY hard to watch sodium. Not sure how much it matters I've never had a problem with it.

    i love canned soup and have it once in a while (2x month)

    I love using low fat cream of chicken + a little water & spices as a sauce for chicken breasts

    Is sodium bad for cutting? A girl I know subsists on that Cambells soup.
