cals in coffee?

    I've drank about 40oz of regular coffee today. Typical folgers drip coffee.

    Fitday has all these different types of coffee, how many calories are we talking about here?

    For about 40 oz I've gotten 30 - 350 calories on fitday.

    i thought coffee was zero cals. how much sugar/cream you using? thats what you should be looking at.

    i would assume there is very little as far as cals in the coffee itself and its more about what you add to it (i.e. sugar, cream, half and half) :dunno:

    sweet and low and about 1 teaspoon of cream per cup, about 4 large cups, and 10 cals per teaspoon of cream
