Calories in chinese / vietnamese foods?

    Does anyone know how many calories are in vietnamese seafood soup with rice noodles?

    if it was true vietnamese there would be no meat in it, hence making it about god damn pointless to eat for nutritional purposes

    No meat, seafood, rice noodles, broth, some herbs, spices, and bean sprouts. I feel mad fat after eating it.

    No just saying if it was real vietnamese there would be no remnants of meat in there period. Most true vietnamese foods have no meat in them(too poor to raise cattle back in the day).

    I like to have the pho with the rare beef and tripe... I usually tell them to hold the noodles.

    :werd: i'm vietnamese too .. and pho (soup) has meat. a lot of different kinds too (if you get the dac biet xe lua .. haha)


    so i dont know why "true" vietnamese food wouldn't have meat :hsugh:

    pho rocks! and i'd imagine it's fairly healthy since nothing is fried and it's just broth, meat, rice noodles, etc

    true friggin story, thats why I have to pay extra to get the chicken broth thats low in sodium.
