Calorie Intake?

    What should my maximum calorie intake be for gaining weight. I am 5'10" 185lbs. I guess how much is too much, and what type of breakdown (g fat/carb/etc) do you usually want to gain the most weight without being a fat ars.

    ^ that may sound thin, but i focus on arms/abs.

    nm, if you're looking to train/gain weight go for 2500-3000.

    Just want to gain weight and muscle right now. til about 200-210 lbs then i want to cut to get some definition

    Follow the diet in the sticky. I say go for 2500 CLEAN calories and you'll grow. Being 5"10 185 i doubt its really hard for you to put on weight. Dont make the mistake of putting on 20 pounds of fat and like 5 pounds of muscles taking in 2 many calories, then lose all your muscles when u cut.
