Calorie intake

    Its 1pm here... how much of your total intake have you usually eaten by this time? I'm aiming for 3800 total and already had 2700.

    Lets see...
    2 scoops of whey + milk = ~425
    Banana = ~90?
    Albacore tuna + Fat free miracle whip on mixed salad greens = 500?

    I'm probably close to 1100 for the day so far, but it's only 11:20am in Arizona

    1452 so far at 1:43pm. I'm aiming for about 3600...Problem is I'm going out with the lady to eat tonight, and I already checked but the restaurant doesn't have nutritional values posted. :mamoru:

    Now I will never truly know what my intake for the day is. :noes:

    8 or 12 oz. steak is simple enough if they have it.

    At one it was about 650.

    Now (almost four) it is just over 1,000.

    Aiming for 2,000-ish.:dunno:

    650 (totally slacking) 2:30 here...Plan on a Monstrous dinner that the woman will pay for..... :x:

    Probably about 1900 out of 3000

    Oatmeal/Fruit/Protein Shake/Fish Oil - 700
    Pasta + Chicken - 600
    Pizza - 600

    But its 5:00 lol

    mind you, i'm on a slightly different schedule (i work 2:30pm - 11pm)

    usually, i wake up at about 9 and have a shake for breakfast... 1 scoop whey + 1 scoop max milk... then i have my 5 fish oil caps

    if i'm feeling sluggish, i have a piece of fruit right before i head to the gym (i usually leave my apt. by about 1:00 to go work out) :dunno:
