yes i know this is a noob question, but can anyone just give a straight up answer?

say you ate 3k calories clean a day and worked off 3k calories a day

now say you ate 3k calories of mixed food (some healthy some junk) a day but still worked off 3k calories a day

I would assume your weight would remain constant... would your BF% be the same after some amount of time?

i eat pretty clean but i have a huge thing for tagalongs (peanut butter girlscout cookies) :o

i eat like 6-10 at a time (i think thats like 500-700 cals) and its one of those things i dont want to give up...

just wondering if i just worked out extra to burn that 500-700 if i could still eat the cookies and have the same result as if i didnt eat the cookies and didt work out that extra 500-700cal burn... or since its all fat, it would screw me anyways..

    :o x 11ty

you eat 500 extra calories, then burn 500 calories, calories in=calories out
you shouldn't change in weight. however the bodies calories needs is not an exact science and can vary from person to person.
as far as your cookies go, try to remember moderation is the key to happiness.

At equal macros and fiber intake, there probably wouldn't be much difference.
