So I had court in June and I thought it was the 6 but when I called the courthouse one the 4 it turns out that I missed court. It was on the 1, now I have a warrant and 750.00 bond. I didn’t want to go to jail so I didn’t go in for probation. (I’m on probation) and my probation officer came to my house and my roommate said I wasn’t home. Now I’m sure I have a warrant out for that too. I don’t want to go to jail. I wasted 3 years locked up for something I didn’t do. From 14-17 years of age. I’m now packing up everything so I can move... I know it’s not the right thing to do but I don’t want to go to jail. I would probably spend 3 or 4 months in jail. with more fines and I know jail is more money and I cant pay all that I still have 130.00 in jail fees and 445.00 in court fees and I cant do it. Sorry I just felt like venting.:sadwavey:

ah you are going exactly the opposite way of what you should go.

    Confront it.

    why?

You can't spend your life running away from problems, for a problem wil remain a problem till the end of time until you solve it.

Get your life in proper order, and replace that for chaos as your life is now you see, you have to realise that your behaviour is fundamental for how you get treated in life. Get a good lawyer and go against all this non-sense. Otherwhise it will keep on chasing you.

It's easier to avoid immediate pain than it is to accept it, but then you get hurt more later. You know it's true.

Turn yourself in, go to court, and explain that it all happened because of a calendar mix-up. Tell the judge that you started to run away, but you realized that a good person wouldn't do that, and so you turned yourself in instead of waiting for the police to find you. Tell him you want to make things right so you can try to do something productive with your life. That's the best you can do right now.

Yeah, running could only make things worse.
