Calling on the help of OT : I need to get into shape. v. first time in F&N

    Like the title says, it is time I get into some kind of shape. Currently I am 6'1" 210 lbs and want to drop some weight, but gain some muscles.

    I am currently very weak (max bench is like 160-170) and fairly "round" as can be seen in this picture ('m on the right BTW)I[​IMG]

    Ya, I know, pie eating contest with ex roomate, not a way to help myself out.

    So now for the advice I am asking for.

    What are some good sets to do to help myself (as in what kind of workout schedule should I have)?
    What is a good diet or food schedule to eat?
    What kind of foods should I stay away from?
    What are some good supplements to take? (I have been looking into taking vitamins, CR5, and a fat burner.)

    And anyother advice yall can give, I need help bad, I'm tired of being the fatass.

    Im not doing it for pring break, I could care less, I will be working th whole time.

    I read the Sticky, but it was really vague. I am just asking for some suggestions and what other people do/use and their personal advice.

    don't forget to do curls, sit ups, and flat bench presses. Its the road to spring break gold. Don't waste your time doing legs, no one cares anyway. And squats are a waste of energy, when you could be working your chest.
