    There is fear that all the big retailers are pulling their ads from california webmasters because of this. If you're based in California, and have a website that links to tangible products that may be sold so you can get a commission, you may have to end up moving out of state, or losing your business.

    So it's like a sales tax for California businesses that would be applied to every single transaction?
