My girlfriend got me a California Car Duster for my birthday . My question is, it comes in a carrying case as well as a plastic cellophane bag. I can just toss that plastic bag and keep it in the carrying case all the time, right? It doesn't specify on the instructions.

After you leave it out for a couple days opened up (like the instructions recommend), then yes, store it in the carrying case.
