    [pee] :mamoru:

    i thought it was just coincidence but it happened again today. i guess the weight on my shoulders causes my organs to compress or something and put pressure on my bladder. had to hurry to the washroom today after my first set :bowdown:

    happen to anyone else? maybe it's my bad posture or something :o

    weirdo :ugh2: :mamoru:

    im just talking about the extra weight from standing calf raises compressing down on your body. it'd be better if it had a bar like squats or something :dunno:

    so put weight on a BB then get under it and unrack like a squat, step back, then go up on your tippy toes for 12-15 reps.
    that = calf raises :dunno:

    The calf raise is probably the most retarded exercise of all time.

    Here's a question for you: Can you walk without a cane?

    If you can, then your calves are strong enough.

    Besides, too strong of calf muscles can lean to shin splints and other problems due to the imbalance between the calf and the anterior tibialis.

    What's with the :ugh: ? Like I said before, calf raises are for retards. Surely you can find a better way of exercising your legs than wasting precious workout time by doing fuckin' calf raises.

    Most of us would have veins if we were 115lbs and still cutting.

    For most people that is probably true. Chris said that he has seen several Strongman competitors tear their calves while flipping tires though.

    What reason do you have for calf raises?.... Just do squats and cleans.
