Squatting past parallel with what I "think" is decent form. Legs about shldr width apart. The descent is fine and controlled. At bottom when rising up, I feel a pain in my left calf. My question is simply: Bad form? Too much weight (pain seems to be there a little with warm up reps as well) I feel like I can do more weight, but the calf thing is holding me back. One other thought was lack of calf strength in that part of the lift. Help a brotha out!
